Table Rock, NC – pastel landscape

More landscape images can be found on my website: www.rlistudios.com

Image below is also Table Rock but rendered in acrylics on canvas paper. Recently, it sold after the local art crawl in Historic South End, Charlotte, NC. The same paper was used but the bottom image ended up being more vibrant.

Part of the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, “Table Rock”  is the “most visible symbol” in the piedmont region of NC and features a unique rock formation.  Senators and Authors have written about Table Rock, its admired by botanists for its flora and its peak makes for a quick hike.

A lovely pastel of Table Rock–this is one of my favorite peaks along the Blue Ridge. Thanks for sharing!
